What to include
- For a correction, include the page address, the detail to review and a reliable source if available.
- For a business, include its current name, actual address and website or public listing.
- For an event, include the organiser, venue, date and current programme link.
- If a suggestion is in Pitsea, Laindon, Wickford, Billericay or another nearby locality, state the place clearly.
Opening times, tenants, transport and event schedules can change. If you need a confirmed answer before visiting, check directly with the business, venue or operator.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to explain your message. Basildon Guide is a local information site, not an emergency, medical, legal or public-service response channel. For urgent help, contact the appropriate service directly.
We aim to read relevant messages and reply where needed, but response times may vary. A suggestion is not a promise of publication, and sending a correction does not automatically change a page.
